The day I wore Dior

Recently, my lovely and fashionable cousin Ali visited from St. Louis. She basically runs that town, a Total Betty. She's also one of my Betty's other granddaughters and thus inherited some of her great fashion jewelry.

Ali is very active in the St. Louis fashion community and works as a stylist there. She brought a lot of fun clothes to play dress-up with. We're basically 5-year-old girls in a closet when we get together. What can I say, it runs in the family. None the less, she was so kind as to let me try on her beautiful vintage Dior top.

It's so gorgeous I didn't want to take it off. Feels like all tops should have gold sequins on the shoulders. We paired it with one of our Betty's necklaces that is now in the care and custody of Ali along with some of grandma's gold button earrings that I'm keeping watch over.

And, last but not least, may I introduce the lovely and talented Ali Graeff.  Check her out on Instagram.
